We stayed in October for 4 nights and we are 70-year-old Aussies. Location was great as was the buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful. My husband loved all the powerpoints and desks, saying it was the best place we'd stayed in for all his phone-charging, watch-charging and computing needs - they were all very well laid out in the room. We had a balcony in both rooms that we were in, that overlooked the street. From the 6th floor we had nice views down the street to the ocean.
The first room on 6th floor smelt, but the staff moved us as soon as we informed them. The second room was excellent.

Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also there are water views from the balconies at the front of the hotel
The hotel is very loud, with lots of street noise which goes on all night.
