The location is great, the lifts are sufficient and the soundproofing is good. The sea view is beautiful, and the noise from outside is well insulated.
Many of the cabinets were damaged, especially the bathroom cabinet, which had swollen from water exposure due to poor-quality materials. The master bedroom had only one power outlet, and the bedside lamp was badly cracked. The children’s animal chair was broken and not very clean.
The washing machine’s power outlet was loose and unusable, while there were no power outlets near the kitchen cabinets for appliances such as a microwave. The washing machine was not properly maintained, leaving dirt on our clothes after washing. There were not enough drying hangers, and the air conditioners in both bedrooms were very noisy, with a constant pump-like sound that disturbed our sleep.
More importantly, knives and scissors were stored in the lowest kitchen drawer within easy reach of children, and the utensils were rusty. This is a safety concern for families with young children.
The parking arrangement was very inconvenient for elderly people and children. The parking area felt gloomy and had a lot of dog waste, and there was no direct lift access to the residential floors from the parking area. We had to park outside and pay for parking tickets instead.
