Sunny, bright vacation apartment with a magnificent view of the Bavarian-Tyrolean mountains (Kaisergebirge). An ideal starting point for active guests of all ages. Good transportation connections and bike paths. The Inn Cycle Route, the Way of St. James, charming swimming lakes, and the Hödenauer See water ski lift are all nearby. Also very well suited for joggers and hikers. Unobstructed views of nature from a two-sided balcony. Since there is a farm next door, there is some background noise from various agricultural equipment, especially in the summer. Milking and cooling systems operate daily and at night as needed. The hay drying system runs sporadically—it is turned off from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., but there is a pleasant smell of hay.
The Inn Valley experiences heavy traffic, particularly from through traffic, even at night. Parking is available, as is a storage area for bicycles in the woodshed. No liability is assumed.
Cozy and bright vacation apartment with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries are provided. A large selection of books, children’s books, and fun board games is available in the apartment. The balcony, facing south and west, is furnished with patio furniture. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!
