Renovated in 2022, this apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet area on the outskirts of town and can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom, and bathroom with shower and toilet. The vacation apartment features two large balconies with views of the Kaiser Mountains and the surrounding mountain scenery. The town center of Oberaudorf, located 1 km away, is accessible via walking trails, by bike, or by car. There you’ll find shopping options such as a bakery, supermarket, and butcher shop, and the tourist information office is also centrally located. The train station is within easy reach—just 500 meters away—and offers travel options to Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg, and Innsbruck. In the summer, there are various options for mountain sports, cycling, hikes, and walks—for example, to Reisach Abbey and the Auerbach River. Winter sports such as cross-country skiing, sledding, downhill skiing, and winter hikes are available in the immediate vicinity. Parking for cars and bicycles is available in the secure, shared underground garage, and there are three parking spaces for cars in front of the house. The nearest charging station for electric cars is 500 meters from the house.

The new kitchen opens onto the west-facing balcony, which also features a small seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, various dishes, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a coffee pot, as well as a cozy dining area. The west-facing bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom with shower and toilet was completely renovated in 2022.
