Great place to stay and enjoy Madrid outside of the tourist area

Location and comfort.

9 / 10

Excellent apartment for either short or long stay in Madrid.

Facilities for self catering excellent. Very convenient to metro. Quiet area. Owner available and helpful at all times. We would certainly return.

The door from the street was very difficult to open. The bed was on a low platform which was difficult to notice and dangerous for older people.

Very good, felt very comfortable in it , almost like home

Clean comfortable recently renovated

Everything was nice , an espresso machine and some salt would be great.

10 / 10

Great stay

The studio had everything I needed for a week-long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation nearby.

Not a problem for me, but it’s good to know that the kitchen didn’t have a coffee machine (drip or nespresso), there was also no desk, only a dining table, and the closet is fully open to the bathroom, so it can get a bit humid. Additionally, since the building is a bit old, you can hear the neighbors, and the door vibrates when people open or close their doors or walk in the hallway.
