Key cards needed to only go to your floor in elevators. Starbucks in the lobby. The valet staff was awesome.
The traffic in front is a bit difficult to navigate when walking toward Broadway. Really could use a crosswalk with a pedestrian crossing light.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Midtown was a bit out out of the way of the areas of the city we visited. It was also noisy because our room was opposite the elevator and our next door neighbor was screaming at someone after 10pm

We had a lovely stay, beds were so comfy, we felt very safe in midtown and enjoyed lots of walks. we were very disappointed the food/ breakfast very poor, Luxe restaurant not well equipped with Food & Drinks, disappointed if we placed our order & they were sold out of many drinks & food.
Reception staff did not have a good knowledge of local places of interest and did not try to help, when we checked out I went to the desk with our keys and the receptionist pointed to a bowl to place them in absolutely no conversation or best wishes, it was so rude we laughed!
Beds have a very sharp corner at each end & we had multiple bruises from same
