Localização.
Durante a Estadia, foram identificadas diversas situações que considero inadequadas para as condições expectáveis de um alojamento deste tipo:
- Base do Duche acumulou uma quantidade significativa de água, fazendo com que esta transbordasse até ao Quarto, mesmo após uma intervenção da Equipa de Manutenção. Nos restantes dias da Estadia, foi necessário colocar toalhas na base do duche e junto à saída da mesma, de forma a evitar que a água voltasse a escorrer para o Quarto. Ainda assim, é de salientar e louvar a celeridade e disponibilidade demonstradas pela Equipa de Manutenção na tentativa de resolver a situação;
- Toda a Área do Quarto apresentava um cheiro intenso a mofo, incluindo os Lençóis de Cama, Almofadas e respetivas Fronhas;
- Colchão da Cama e as Almofadas eram bastante desconfortáveis;
- Marquise em frente ao Quarto apresentava igualmente um forte cheiro a mofo, sendo que o Sofá existente nesse espaço apresentava também um odor muito intenso e desagradável;
- Foram encontrados Talheres Sujos;
- Exaustor encontrava-se bastante sujo, apresentando uma camada considerável de gordura acumulada, situação que considero particularmente preocupante por poder representar um risco de incêndio. Acresce que o Exaustor nem sequer abria completamente, dificultando a sua correta utilização e limpeza;
- Calhas das Janelas encontravam-se bastante sujas e perras, tendo sido inclusivamente encontrada cinza de cigarros nas mesmas.
Perante o conjunto destas situações, que correspondem à realidade encontrada durante a Estadia, considero que as condições do Alojamento ficaram bastante aquém do que seria expectável e do que foi pago.
Não sou uma pessoa que habitualmente apresente reclamações desta natureza, mas, neste caso concreto, considero que a quantidade e gravidade dos problemas encontrados justificam uma compensação.
