Jamila Agafay : piscine privée façon soupe au lait, 120 € pour une visite de 20 minutes a fuir

Séjour refusé après constat de l’état des lieux – piscine privée inutilisable Nous avions réservé Jamila Agafay, à environ 31 km de Marrakech, principalement parce que l’annonce proposait un grand logement avec piscine privée, qui était pour nous l’élément déterminant de la réservation. À notre arrivée, grosse déception : l’eau de la piscine était blanchâtre, dans un état qui ne nous donnait absolument pas envie de nous y baigner. Nous n’avons par ailleurs constaté aucun système de nettoyage visible permettant de nous rassurer sur son entretien. D’autres problèmes se sont ajoutés : climatisation ne fonctionnant pas correctement, état de propreté général décevant et linge/draps qui ne nous ont pas semblé propres. Autre point qui nous a surpris : le logement était présenté comme un hébergement privé/exclusif, mais la présence de la personne chargée des lieux nous a donné le sentiment que cette exclusivité n’était pas aussi claire que ce que nous avions compris lors de la réservation. Nous sommes restés à peine une vingtaine de minutes. Nous avons préféré repartir immédiatement plutôt que de commencer nos vacances dans ces conditions. Nous avions notamment fait ce déplacement pour profiter de la piscine privée ; avec une eau blanche et un état qui ne nous inspirait aucune confiance, l’objet principal de notre réservation disparaissait complètement. Nous avons donc annulé la suite de la réservation et avons perdu environ 120 €, sans remboursement de cette somme.« Louer un logement avec piscine privée lorsque la piscine est précisément l’élément qui motive la réservation, puis découvrir une eau blanche à l’arrivée, c’est un peu comme louer une voiture décapotable sans toit ouvrant : l’essentiel de la prestation disparaît. »

Nous avons été très déçus par l’état général du logement. La piscine privée, principale raison de notre réservation, présentait une eau blanchâtre qui ne nous inspirait aucune confiance. La climatisation fonctionnait mal, les draps semblaient sales et l’exclusivité du logement nous a paru douteuse malgré l’annonce. Nous avons préféré repartir après seulement 20 minutes sur place, avec une perte de 120 € malgré notre départ immédiat. Une expérience particulièrement décevante.
