Worked for what I needed.

Very well located. Too bad there was construction going right next to the windows... Beds could be more comfortable. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.

The bed was narrow & very squeaky, the TV had no signal & the bathroom was awful.

I didn't receive the key safe code prior to arrival. Luckily, 2 cleaning ladies arrived & rang the owner for the code. They struggled to open the keysafe as it was very stiff.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

The location

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had. Our confirmed check-in time was 3 PM, but despite repeatedly calling and messaging the host, we received no response. We were left waiting outside the property in the heat for over an hour until the host finally contacted us around 4 PM. We had planned to check in, leave our luggage, and prepare for an important meeting, but because of the host’s complete lack of communication and responsibility, our plans were disrupted. When we finally entered the apartment, we were shocked by its condition. The apartment did not match the photos advertised. The overall cleanliness was well below an acceptable standard. The shower was dirty, there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided, and, most concerning, there were many cockroaches inside the apartment. This made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay and affected our ability to relax or sleep. The lack of professionalism from the host and the poor hygiene significantly impacted our trip. Even the staff at a nearby café witnessed us waiting outside and kindly tried to help us contact the host because they could see we were receiving no response. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests should be aware of this experience. The property needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and, most importantly, communication with guests. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Os espaço é bonito. A localização é excelente. A luz natural muito agradável. A relação preço/qualidade ótima.

Para 5 noites, deveriam ter colocado não 2 toalhas, mas sim, pelo menos 4. Pela mesma razão, deveriam ter colocado 2 rolos de papel higiénico. O gel de banho também era insuficiente (tive de comprar). Faltava um pano de cozinha. O sistema de refrigeração deve ser melhorado.

Espaço muito limpo e organizado, tiveram o cuidado de nos colocar num espaço maior devido ao calor que estava nesse dia. Perto de tudo é espaço para estacionar perto.
