Wir waren zu Dritt 4 Tagen in diese schöne geschmackvoll und sauber angerichtete Wohnung mit einem Balkon zur Verkehrsfreie Anlage ; früh morgens wenn die Restaurants unten noch nicht geöffnet haben, kann man den Blick auf dem gegenüber liegende Park in Ruhe genießen. Die Lage ist ruhig und sonnig , kann aber vom Hitze geschützt werden durch den Innen Volets. In der Nähe haben wir bei The Folks sehr gut frühstücken können. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut. Wir waren zu Dritt und würden jeder Zeit trotz kleine Mangeln dort wieder kommen.
1- Duschgel, Seife und Spülmittel waren NICHT vorhanden. Trotz Reklamation, bekamen wir vom Besitzer (?) oder
Organisation keine Antwort. Wir fanden eine Flasche mit Rest Produkt von Aldi in dem Kabuff.
2- Bei der einzeln Bett (2) , ist ein hart wie Stein, das andere weich wie Marshmallow. Beide unbequem auf ihre Art.
3- Da die Schlafzimmer in einer Reihe ohne Fenster liegen, ist die Lüftung nachts sehr mangelhaft. Wir haben die
Wohnzimmer Fenster übermacht offen gelassen, um nicht zu ersticken.
4- Die Decken Beleuchtung in das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppel Bett ist so Grell dass es nicht erträglich war zum
entspannen.
5- Eine kaputt Nachttischlampe , defekte Doppelstecker ansonst alles weitere ok.

Very beautiful and unique place, a lot of space in the living room to lounge, fans in every room in case it is hot. We needed to be in Belem for a conference, so location for this was perfect. Really liked the place. Kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need. Spacious shower. Very good!!

Some miscommunication for the check in and for picking the keys. The staff was not always available by phone, which generated a bit of anxiety for us. But at the end all got well solved and the stay was really great.

La ubicación, el baño y las camas.
Presencia de bichitos (carcoma? termita?🤔), al menos en alguna zona del salón y en la escalera de acceso a la vivienda. Creo que urge un tratamiento que controle dicha plaga.
Tb se echó en falta algún aire acondicionado.
