Located on the first floor, the apartment is bright, elegant, and fully equipped. It consists of:
1 bedroom with a standard double bed (160 x 200 cm)
1 modern bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and dispensers with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner
Fully equipped kitchen
Comfortable living area
The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom, and a safe.Bed linens and towels are provided for guests.
Furnished in a functional and elegant style, it is ideal for both short and extended stays, meeting the needs of even the most discerning guests.
A laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
The apartment is very bright, thanks to the French doors in the bedroom and living room and the large windows in the bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: sugar, salt, oil, and coffee, as well as a full set of utensils and appliances (refrigerator with freezer, kettle, conventional oven and microwave, coffee maker, and toaster).
The property is for exclusive use and is strategically located for visiting Perugia and all of Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, conveniently located apartment just out side the historic center of Perugia. The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner Daniela was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk from the restaurants and shops of the city center. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for navigating the hilly streets of Perugia, which is a gem of a city. We would gladly stay at this apartment during a future visit.
