The property was super cute, clean and well appointed. The host was very kind and helpful.
I had a bit of a struggle getting the cooktop to work but Paolo helped me figure it out. Perugia gave me quite a workout. This apartment is at the bottom of a steep hill.

The location is perfect—close to the main tourist attractions, yet tucked away from the crowded and noisy areas. The place was extremely clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed that allowed us to get 8–9 hours of deep, restful sleep after walking around all day.
The bathroom is modern, and the hot water comes on quickly, which was a big plus.
Paolo is a very friendly, supportive, and welcoming host. We also really appreciated having coffee and croissants available at the property. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Paulo is a great host! He was in touch with us prior to our stay and was waiting at the apartment for our arrival which was much earlier than the check in time. The early access was a great bonus.
Paulo also provided us with useful information about the apartment and Perugia. He provides a handy guide which is in the apartment with instructions on how to use the cooker etc too.
It is a lovely apartment - spacious and spotlessly clean. The location of the apartment is perfect - only a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants, and five minutes from the main square Piazza IV Novembre. There are some amazing restaurants in the centre; we especially liked Restaurant Sole. Great food and fantastic views towards Assisi.
Paulo kept in touch during our stay to ensure we had all we needed. Thank you so much Paolo!
It would have been helpful to have had cleaning materials for the bathroom

It was nice and central, the owner was helpful and pleasant. He let us check in early.
It lacked basic facilities such as a microwave, there are no wine glasses, no toaster, no air conditioning and it was hard to sleep in 29 degrees with just a fan. There is no iron. Also a washing machine would make a huge difference to people who are travelling from other countries as they are often away for week. Would be happy to pay a bit more for these things.
