The apartment also features a small bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. This apartment has a kitchenette equipped with two stovetop burners, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the building.

Located right next to the Kur- und Heilwald in Heringsdorf and just a few minutes’ walk from the center of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, you’ll find the ideal place for your stay on the sunny island of Usedom.
The residence has a total of 9 apartments for one to four people.
Spread across three floors, the apartments—ranging from 14 m² to 97 m²—offer you a wonderful vacation experience. In just 10 minutes, you can admire Heringsdorf’s impressive pier and explore the town center. But don’t worry—the property’s somewhat secluded location also lets you unwind and enjoy the many hours of sunshine on the island of Usedom.
The large property also features a permanent pavilion where you can barbecue and relax during the warmer months. Small garden games are available in the pavilion, and cushions for the garden loungers can be found in the boxes and near the house.
Pets are welcome in the apartments (WE07 and WE10) and in the garden house. This is a non-smoking property, though some apartments do have balconies.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the property.
