Apartment 9, with 42 square meters of space, can accommodate 2 adults and a toddler up to 3 years old. The bedroom features a large double bed and a closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the elegant bathroom features a shower and toilet. You can access the apartment through a separate outdoor entrance on the first floor.
For your comfort, we provide linen packages, which are mandatory for all guests.

The residence features a total of 9 apartments for one to four people.
Spread across three floors, the apartments—ranging from 14 m² to 97 m²—offer you a wonderful vacation experience. In just 10 minutes, you can admire Heringsdorf’s impressive pier and explore the town center. But don’t worry—the property’s somewhat secluded location also lets you unwind and enjoy the many hours of sunshine on the island of Usedom.
The large property also features a permanent pavilion where you can barbecue and relax during the warmer months. Small garden games are available in the pavilion, and cushions for the garden loungers can be found in the boxes and near the house.
Pets are welcome in the apartments (WE07 and WE10) and in the garden house. This is a non-smoking property, though some apartments do have balconies.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house or on the property.
