It was a very functional hotel- with sauna pool steam onsen and karaoke. We had a tub in our room too
cold tub in public onsen wasnt cold enough
You can’t call it a kids club when it is far away off site and parents have to stay and supervise
The karaoke room was nice but customer service was very very poor - we pressed service button many many times but no one answered, when I left the room to look for staff I found 3 staff members happily chatting away?! The next time I had to leave the room to look for staff they were singing their own karaoke at the bar?? I paid a lot of money for 1.5hrs and I had to constantly leave the room to ask for things! Why are you paying staff to chat and do no work?
The showers in the public onsen was mouldy
Starbucks wasn’t freshly grounded coffee but machine processed coffee powder - instant coffee…
