Excellent views of sunrise and sea of clouds at the observation desk.
Front desk lady with long hair and glasses (forgot to ask her name) was knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. She helped changed our room with a better view, and arranged a driver to take me to a nearby medical clinic.
Hotel could use some upgrades in the room and dining area, given the steep daily rate. But it is also not easy to manage a full service hotel high up in the mountain.

The Forest National Park with vast area and very fresh air. Magnificent view and great trials….
It’s quite old and requires some painting works and a good coat of paint.

Great location,the most beautiful sunset from the hotel terrace

the room was a bit ancient, although very spacious and clean,huge bathroom(it was Heritage Wing,so..)

Location is great
The hotel is very old. Even the new building is old.
The windows in the room is dirty. Bathroom is terrible condition
