Room was clean

I would like to highlight several issues regarding the accommodation: * The air conditioning temperature was fixed and could not be lowered further. Additionally, the air conditioner was located in the sitting room rather than the bedroom, which made it difficult to keep the bedroom cool. * The microwave was burnt and produced a strong, unpleasant smell when used. * A washing machine was mentioned as one of the available facilities, but there was no washing machine at the property. * An iron and hairdryer were also listed/expected, we request iron then provided. These are facilities I have found available at other B&Bs in every city I have visited. * As this is a hot country, it would have been considerate to provide at least two bottles of chilled water in the refrigerator, particularly for guests arriving after a long journey. However, the refrigerator was switched off when we arrived, and we had to plug it in ourselves. * The property was described as being a 10-minute walk from the main road, but in reality, the walk took more than 20 minutes. Overall, several of the facilities and descriptions provided did not match the actual conditions at the property. I would appreciate it if these discrepancies could be addressed and the information provided to future guests could be updated accurately.

Never again

The balcony ,washing machine

The location wasn’t for tourists also very far away from the city centre, limited transport into city ,property was dirty, bedsheets smelt very bad we had to wash them to be able to sleep. There is 3-5 min hot water after that time you have to wait for the boiler to fill back up .It doesn’t look like the pictures please be aware before booking. It is not a touristic location ,this is a local neighbourhood .There is more affordable and nicer hotels in the city centre. This was not worth the money at all.
