Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue realmente decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendamos en absoluto.
Nuestra estancia fue del 29 de agosto al 5 de septiembre. Desde el principio tuvimos problemas, ya que la información proporcionada en el anuncio no era suficientemente clara, especialmente en relación con la ubicación. Consideramos que este tipo de información debería aparecer de forma mucho más precisa y transparente antes de realizar una reserva, para que los clientes sepan exactamente dónde están reservando y qué se van a encontrar al llegar.
Una vez llegamos al alojamiento, la situación fue todavía peor. El trato recibido por parte de las personas responsables fue muy desagradable y poco profesional. En ningún momento sentimos que se nos tratara correctamente como clientes. La actitud y la forma de comunicarse con nosotros hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese muy incómoda y que nos sintiéramos totalmente decepcionados.
Además, la experiencia general no correspondió con nuestras expectativas ni con lo que entendimos que se ofrecía en Booking. Cuando una persona paga por una estancia, espera recibir unas condiciones mínimas, información clara y, sobre todo, un trato respetuoso. En nuestro caso, consideramos que ninguna de esas cosas se cumplió como debería.
Nos parece especialmente importante compartir nuestra experiencia para que otros viajeros puedan tener toda la información antes de reservar. No se trata simplemente de que algo no nos haya gustado, sino de que consideramos que hubo una falta de transparencia y un trato que no fue adecuado.
Hemos contactado con Booking para presentar una reclamación y solicitar una solución y el reembolso correspondiente.
En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa que no repetiríamos. Antes de reservar, recomendamos leer detenidamente todas las opiniones y comprobar muy bien la ubicación y las condiciones del alojamiento.

Très décevant
La proximité de certains commerce
L'emplacement n'était pas le même que celui indiqué sur Booking, je pensais être à côté de l'aéroport mais j'étais très loin de celui-ci. J'aurais souhaité annulé ce séjour mais je suis arrivé trop tard dans la nuit et j'étais en famille, je n'avais donc pas d'autre choix que de rester.
En plus de cela, aucun produit d'entretien n'était disponible ni éponge, ni savon, ni papier toilette. L'un des stores électriques ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a prévenu de n'utiliser que certains appareils électroniques à la fois de peur qu'il y ait une surchauffe électrique... Assez aberrant !
Sans parler du fait que nous avions prévenu que nous serions 5 mais malgré celà, pas assez de serviettes ni de draps, ni d'oreillers!
Je ne retournerai jamais dans ce logement et je demanderai remboursement a booking car le logement ne convenait pas à ce à quoi nous avions contracté au début.
Enfin, pour être objectif et juste, la personne qui m'a remis les clés était sympathique et serviable et beaucoup de commerces a proximité.
