The lock on the door to the apartment was no working from time to time.

Akasaka is a great neighbourhood to stay in Tokyo. It’s quite centrally located, with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four and very functional, with a large wardrobe that offered plenty of storage space. We especially loved the balcony and the amazing view from it. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, their communication before and during our stay was excellent. They provided us with lots of useful information and helpful tips, which we really appreciated.
The street where the apartment is located is on a hill. We found it quite difficult to pull our suitcases uphill when we arrived, so we recommend approaching the apartment from the other side if you’re travelling with luggage.

Good location
Not enough room for 4 people. We put the mattress in the lounge room. But it can only sleep one person on the floor. So the other person sleep on the sofa. We thought the sofa can open up so two people can sleep on sofa bed, but it couldn’t.
