C’est vraiment scandaleux d’oser louer un appartement ainsi ! La pire de mes expériences
La proximité du centre des Congrès
Appartement joliment décoré pour la pièce principale.
Appartement/ immeuble qui a dû avoir ses heures de gloire …
Tout commence par l’entrée de l’immeuble …
- Seuil de porte d’entrée de l’immeuble en piteux état, porte en bois non entretenue dont le verrou est cassé, le tapis ( ce qu’il en reste ) , l’odeur nauséabonde, les escaliers avec des murs décrépis nous amènent sur les terrasses extérieures.
- La terrasse : Le portillon d’entrée est cassé et il est maintenu tant bien que mal par un crochet , bien que la table et les chaises soient correctes la terrasse est sale, des pots de fleurs vides…
- Entrée dans la pièce principale, joliement décorée , une odeur de renfermé-moisi règne, la porte fenêtre est entre ouverte, l’ouvre en grand … la propriétaire m’avait prévenu « J'ai fait intervenir une entreprise de ménage toute la journée d'aujourd'hui pour rattraper les conséquences de personnes mal intentionnées parties sans prévenir... »
- les toilettes : ils sont neufs mais pas de lunettes, il n’y a pas la place pour mette ses jambes correctement ( et je ne suis pas grande)
- la douche : joints moisis rafistolage avec du scotch , infiltration d’eau … et une étiquette « salle de bain prochainement rénovée » c’est vraiment abuser , pas d’informations en ce sens sur le site … il y a de l’eau chaude la pièce aérée l’odeur se dissipe. Fatiguée de mon long voyage à moto et par la chaleur je vais me coucher … et là l’horreur !
( remarque : il n’y a pas de lumière dans la salle de bain - miroir plafond ) Juste des vitres opaques en hauteur qui font entrer la lumière de la pièce principale)
- la chambre à coucher : (là aussi il n’y a pas de fenêtre seulement comme dans la sdb des vitres opaques.)
Tout semble correct mais au moment de d’ouvrir les couvertures pour me coucher … une odeur insoutenable de saleté-moisi-humidité se dégage: le matelas, les oreillers, la couverture, tout en peste ! Je n’ai pu dormir dans ce lit nauséabond !
J’ai trouvé fort heureusement des draps propres et j’ai dormi sur le canapé qui devait être neuf dans la salle principale .
