Il n'avait pas de lave-linge alors que c'était énuméré parmi les équipements disponibles lors de la réservation. Aussi, l'entrée principale n'avait pas de code. À la place, il y avait une grille dont l'accès était à clé et qui parfois s'ouvrait difficilement.
