The location was excellent. The drive to the Disney parks was great.

Great location and wonderful facilities

Central to everything you need east of the 192. Restaurants,shopping and Parks . Also nice walks around storey lakes area. Lots of nature to see .highly recommend this area we would definitely stay on that resort again but next time looking over a conservation area as there are many . Lazy river and pools very good too . We had a very nice chilled holiday .

Outlook was Concrete walls around the pool felt like closed in so not a great feeling but the home was very spacious and nice . However a few niggles with vertical blinds they always popped off the rail . Also a few marks on walls & furniture , the American fridge filter needed changing as water filter well overdue by 99 days . Would have been rather nice if sun beds had some cushions to lay on instead of hard frame . No barbecue . Home itself was fairly new so expected not to find niggles which feel sure wonder vacation homes hopefully will sort out .

Beautiful villa, but the management and communication let it down The villa itself is beautiful and, in terms of the property, we have had a lovely stay. It is in a great location, the bedrooms are spacious and nicely presented, the living area is lovely and the pool has been fantastic. The clubhouse next to the villa is also excellent, and the staff there were wonderful. There were some thoughtful touches in the villa too, such as washing pods and cleaning supplies, and the pool was regularly serviced.

The biggest issue initially was access to the gated community. Before arrival, we were sent links to obtain the QR codes required for entry, but the links did not work. We were told the issue was known because of the new Sage system and that it would be fine. However, when we arrived, the security guard repeatedly told us that without the QR codes we would not be allowed back into the community. This was understandably very stressful, particularly after an extremely long travel day of around 20 hours. We asked for some reassurance and, ideally, a phone call to resolve the conflicting information between the management company and the security staff. Instead, we received repeated messages telling us there was “nothing to worry about”. Some of the later responses were written in capital letters and felt unnecessarily dismissive and rude. The issue was eventually resolved and we had no further problems getting in and out, but the way it was handled caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, there was another issue with the condition of the property. During our stay, I stripped the master bedroom bed to wash the bedding and discovered multiple large yellow stains on the mattress underneath the mattress protector, including what appeared to be urine staining. We immediately reported this, only to be told that the management company already had the mattress damage “on record”. That response was particularly disappointing. If the company was already aware of significant staining on a mattress, why was it not cleaned or treated before the next guest arrived? We were sleeping on that mattress, completely unaware of what was underneath the protector. With better communication, a more proactive approach to existing damage and better attention to the condition of the mattress, this could have been an excellent stay.
