DO NOT STAY HERE!
the property was unsafe, unsanitary, and uninhabitable, and in clear violation of Booking.com’s accommodation standards.
The conditions we encountered were not minor issues — they posed serious health and fire hazards and prevented us from safely using the property as intended.
Major issues include:
* Dishwasher was left full upon arrival
* Washer and dryer were dirty
* Dryer had excessive lint buildup coming from the back, indicating it was clogged and posing a significant fire hazard
* Food left on beds and on floors
* Floors throughout the property were extremely dirty
* Sofa was covered in black dirt and clearly not cleaned (we had to cover it with sheets just to sit)
* Showers and bathrooms were dirty
* Both shower doors malfunctioned — they did not seal (causing water to flood the floors) and also locked from the inside, trapping occupants until someone opened the door from outside
* Light fixture hanging inside the shower, creating a serious electrocution risk
* Fire hazard behind the washer and dryer (photo evidence available)
* Gas grill was severely rusted and dangerous, with flames shooting out of the front and back (photo evidence available)
* Broken chairs throughout the property
* No security at the gate — we were allowed entry without any verification
* WiFi was unavailable for 2 days due to outdated and incorrect information left by the host
These conditions collectively constitute a material misrepresentation of the listing and a breach of basic habitability, safety, and cleanliness standards. The presence of multiple fire hazards, electrical risks, and unsanitary conditions made the property unsafe to occupy.

Given the severity of these issues, this property was not fit for occupancy, and we were unable to use it as intended.
