This beautiful and modern vacation rental for 2 people (non-smoking) is centrally located in downtown Westerland. You couldn’t stay much closer to the beach—or to the pedestrian zone with its boutiques, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and bars! It’s about 40 meters to Friedrichstraße and just about 100 meters to the beach access and the beach promenade. The Sylter Welle water park and the Syltness Center—where you can book a variety of health and wellness treatments—are also just a short walk away, right across the street.
The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all practical amenities. The front door opens directly into the combined living room and bedroom and the semi-open kitchen. From there, you can access the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped: In addition to a 2-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, a Philips Senseo machine, and a kettle, it offers even more conveniences.
The living and sleeping area consists of a living room with a sofa, a dining table with two comfortable chairs, and a large refrigerator. There is also a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, an iPhone and iPod docking station, and a free Wi-Fi hotspot.
The separate sleeping area, featuring a modern box-spring bed (180x200 cm), two bedside tables with lighting, and a spacious closet with a small coat rack, is perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep.
The living room opens onto the west-facing balcony, which invites you to linger with its table, two chairs, and beach chair.
