About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a large building complex that includes vacation rentals and some owner-occupied units, right next to the beach promenade and the tourist center in Westerland. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Shopping options are within walking distance (Edeka and bakeries). There are large supermarkets—Famila and REWE—at the train station. Also just around the corner are Strandstraße and Friedrichstraße, which are perfect for strolling and shopping. There are numerous recommended restaurants in the immediate vicinity—we’d be happy to provide tips and suggestions for excursions upon request. And for those who enjoy relaxing in a sauna, the Sylter Welle, complete with a wave pool, is practically right across the street.
The most recent renovations (new armchairs, new mattresses, curtains and pleated blinds, and a comprehensive bathroom renovation) were completed in 2021.
You can easily reach us by train. The train station is easily accessible—just a 10-minute walk away. If you’re arriving by car, please note that there are NO parking spaces available at the house. The parking spaces in front of the house are public, and a parking fee applies. However, loading and unloading is no problem.
The visitor’s tax is charged at the time of booking and listed accordingly on the invoice. You will receive the visitor’s card along with the key before your arrival.
Vacation rental for 1–2 people, 250 m from the beach:
This is a charming little 32-square-meter vacation apartment consisting of a large living/bedroom with a double bed (180/200), a hallway with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beautiful, spacious sun-drenched balcony (sun from morning until early afternoon) rounds out this gem. The apartment is lovingly furnished and is also used by the owners for a few weeks each year.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
