Personal muy amable, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes de entrar y después de salir. Está bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad a pie cómodamente. Estaba muy limpio y la cama era cómoda. Arriba del todo tenía una azotea muy cuca para tomar el aire.
Estaba todo muy bien, no tengo ninguna pega.

Sin duda lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Muy cerca de todo, andando se llega al centro en cuestión de 10 minutos. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y tiendas, buen ambiente alrededor. La habitación cumple bastante bien. Baño muy cómodo, almohadas muy cómodas también. El personal del hotel es amable, sobre todo la chica de recepción, nos dió un mapa y nos indicó la mejor manera para subir al casco antiguo para que no nos perdiéramos un paseo espectacular.
Por ponerle alguna pega, la cama no es que sea incomoda porque dormimos muy bien los 3 días, pero es cierto que te hundes un poco por el centro.

Wir hatten die Suite im obersten Stock des Hotels. Von dort hat man aus ein bisschen Blick über die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern gestaltet, ebenso das Hotel selbst. Die Lage im Zentrum von Cuenca ist gut: Busse ins historische Zentrum in der Oberstadt sind nicht weit weg. Auch viele Restaurants findet man in der Nähe, ebenso den Busbahnhof, von dem man aus zur AVE-Bahnstation kommt. Im Zentrum der Unterstadt, in dem sich das Hotel findet, spielt sich eher das Leben der Einheimischen ab, das touristische Viertel ist eher das historische Zentrum in der Oberstadt. Das Frühstück im Hotel kostet 8 Euro, es ist etwas einfach, aber vielfältig, ich fand Preis und Leistung völlig o.k.
Das Personal wirkt teilweise etwas reserviert und desinteressiert. Man fühlt sich da nicht wirklich willkommen, sondern eher misstrauisch beäugt. Die für die Suite angegebene Terrasse ist keine solche, sondern nur ein schmaler, umlaufender Balkon, auf dem in der Tiefe ein Stuhl Platz hat und den man durch ein niedriges Fenster erreicht. Zum Fenster öffnen und mal rausgehen, um die Aussicht zu genießen, reichts, aber für mehr nicht. Ein Terrasse (!) ist definitiv etwas anderes!
Der Maler hat an einer Wand schlecht gearbeitet, das sah nicht schön aus, oder aber es ist ein alter Wasserschaden schlecht beseitigt worden. Die Betten (französisch) sind relativ schmal, das muss man mögen. Für zierliche Personen sicher kein Problem, aber ich bin etwas größer. Auch der eher düstere Frühstücksraum ist wenig einladend gestaltet.
