Perfect location near the castle, walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Great views all around looking over Cuenca.
Receptionist, male, sorted out our a/c very quickly.
Few issues with room, but that's personal taste. But did fill in the repair form as bulbs missing, hairdryer unit fell off wall when you needed it! Telephone wasn't charged so had to make a trip downstairs to speak with reception about aircon.
Bed seemed to dip in middle but was comfortable anyway. One night was ok.
