The location and the gardens
It was fine to be located in the courtyard but I didn’t realise this when booking - we had no view at all but it was clear in the booking I just didn’t take it on board.

Lovely property, comfortable room and great breakfast.
The staff were not as professional as they should have been for the standard of the property.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The bed was uncomfortable. There were tablets all over the floor and under the bed. The noise of the staff setting up for breakfeast and chatting in the laundry room woke me up before 6am which i was not happy about
