Very spacious, fabulous views, nicely decorated and excellent breakfast.
2 sets of stairs to our room.
Poor WiFi.

We had a view over the estuary, which despite the rain during some of our stay, was lovely to look out on. Easy walk into the town for bars/restaurants (yes the hotel is up quite a steep hill, but we knew that and were ok with it).

View from our room wasn’t good but was lovely from the landing window and from the outside of the hotel
Breakfast was great with excellent service and in a lovely room
Our room was cold when we arrived and was told the heating was due to be put on later. There was a small fan heater available in the room which helped. Wifi was only available in the downstairs lounge and bar. For what we paid, this was disappointing. It turns out they were aware of the problem, but I think we should’ve been advised in advance considering what we paid.
