Highly dissappointing, missleading, very poor communication and complete lack of responsibility

The size and condition of the flat.

The flat was in a completely different location from the one shown in the listing, which made the listing clearly misleading. When I raised this issue, the on-site agent was already aware of it, yet did not even apologise. Instead, he blamed the website for not updating the location and suggested that the owner may have forgotten to change it. The owner also failed to apologise and instead claimed that the actual location was “as good as or better” than the one advertised, which was definitely untrue and completely unacceptable. I was simply left in a position where I had to only accept it. Communication throughout the stay was very poor, and I felt that my concerns and rights as a guest were not taken seriously at all. To make matters worse, the electricity went off the following night. I tried calling the agent from my phone, but he did not answer. I then contacted the owner through the booking website and received no response. I also sent messages via WhatsApp and still heard nothing back for quite some time. The owner only responded after several messages, and after I made it very clear that they would be responsible for any harm or consequences caused by the situation. Her explanation was simply that she had been asleep. When my neighbour called the agent, however, he answered immediately and responded very casually, saying he would “try” to contact someone to check the issue if anyone was available; otherwise, he would deal with it the next day. I found this response shocking and highly unprofessional. They seemed completely unconcerned that guests could be forced to spend the night without electricity, lighting, or the ability to charge their phones and essential devices.
