Terrible Host, horrible experience. You are better off staying where your custom is welcome. There are quite a few posit

The property is located in a fairly central area of Marrakesh with access to shops and restaurants. The property was clean.

The host Adam is unbelievably rude and extremely hostile. He sent me abusive texts because I had the temerity to complain about not having WI-FI when we arrived. We are a family of 5, with 1 adult child and 2 teenage children and access to WI-FI was the primary reason for choosing the property. We received a call hours before our arrival informing us about the problem, and also that there was no indication about when or if it will be fixed. I was of course unhappy and felt a bit duped so I raised the issue with booking.com on whose platform I made the booking. Please see below the WhatsApp exchange I had with the host upon arrival. He left 3 cards loaded with some data for our use and it only took a few hours to get through those and the cards had key limitations which meant I had to roam my phone anyway at the cost of £15 per day. This guy Adam, felt I should be thankful for this woefully inadequate substitute for the WI-FI and access to streaming outlets that was so prominent in his advert. The host then proceeded to further punish us for expressing dissatisfaction by not providing towels (until after multiple emails), no access to bins etc. We stayed for 9 nights and they did not find it in them to even spend 5 minutes guiding us on the basics around the property. We relied on the help of the neighbours. I most definitely do not recommend this property less because of the property itself but because of the arrogance, vindictiveness and rudeness of the host. Moroccans are generally very kind, welcoming and warm. This host is the exception. By the way, the WI-FI was eventually fixed 3 days after our arrival.

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien situé, 10 minutes en voiture de la place et 40 mins à pied qui ce fait très bien. Entrée sécurisée avec toujours un gardien de jour comme de nuit. Loubna est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations. Petit restaurant juste en bas de l'appartement et dans la rue. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Het was een mooi, ruim en heel netjes appartement. Gastvrouw Loubna was heel lief, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar.(Door onderhoudswerken was het zwembad niet beschikbaar. Loubna regelde dat we konden zwemmen bij een ander appartementencomplex. Dat was fijn.) De ondergrondse parking was heel handig.

Het appartement is helaas verder weg van de Medina dan vermeld op booking.com en dus niet echt op wandelafstand.. Gelukkig hadden we een auto gehuurd. Het drukke straatlawaai is heel de nacht goed hoorbaar. Met oordopjes lukte het slapen probleemloos.
