Very misleading photos!

Great location right by Estrela Gardens,not far from Rato metro station about 15m walk, near shops,restaurants and tram lines. The pateo area is the nice thing about the property if you don't take into account the broken wooden furniture at the bottom of the pateo. These pictures on booking must have been taken a very long time ago.

Where do I start 🤔 Bedroom: No privacy at all — broken curtain rods and a very uncomfortable sleep on the first few nights. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will struggle to sleep, as lots of light comes in. The bed was the only comfortable thing in the room. We contacted the owners; they came two days later to try and fix it. They patched it up with some metal wires, which were useless. Stained pillows and pillowcases, which I removed from the bed — I could not bear to put my head on those. The owners brought two more stained but washed pillows! I am glad I had brought my own pillowcases and had to use them. I ended up washing the other foul-smelling ones attached to the bed frame myself — they have a washing machine, thankfully! I noticed a hole in the bedroom floor while I was cleaning the room. The sofa shown in the bedroom in the pictures is actually in the kitchen area — again, stained and foul-smelling, so I could not let my child sleep in there. I covered it up with a blanket so we could sit on it. The oven door is broken; it's a struggle to open it without burning your face or hands. The door leading to the patio is broken — it was a daily struggle to try and close it. Bathroom and toilet: 🙄 🤢They need a plumber to sort the smell and the noise from the pipes. In the shower area, the water does not drain properly, so it sits there after you shower with the soap scum around it. You can't have the water on for long before you know it, there is a puddle underneath your feet. Also, the seal around the shower screen is nonexistent, as the water comes out from the sides, wetting the shower mat. We were literally counting the days to leave this place. Someone in a previous review mentioned the roaches! Yes, we met some on the steps just before you get into the property — never seen anything like this. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were of very low quality, with peeling-off white taps!

Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe: Betten, Couch und Kissen waren schmutzig, der Backofen voll mit Dreck und Fett, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, wodurch ein Duschen nicht möglich war, die Stühle in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse waren gebrochen und Kakerlaken kamen dann noch dazu. Die unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner, die sich offensichtlich nicht absprechen sind weder erreichbar noch zuverlässig. Da die Umstände im Apartment unerträglich waren, verließen wir das Apartment und mussten ein Hotel buchen - das Geld gab es bisher nicht zurück und schlimmer: trotz meiner sofortigen Nachricht an eine der Verantwortlichen, dass wir die Wohnung verließen und den Schlüssel dort zurückgelegt haben, wo wir ihn erhalten haben, bekam ich am letzten Tag der Buchung noch eine Nachricht, die an grenzenloser Frechheit und Verleugnung nicht zu übertreffen ist: sie hoffe, der Aufenthalt habe uns trotz der Startschwierigkeiten gefallen und Kakerlaken gäbe es halt in alten Häusern..

Le quartier où se trouve l appartement est bien placé et pas trop affecté par les avions. L appartement est assez bien agencé malgré des soucis de finition et de manque d entretien au niveau de la terrasse. Bonne literie et appartement propre en arrivant.

Avec cet appartement nous avions un taxi gratuit, suite retard TAP, booking.com à demander que nous annulons la resa du taxi et n à pas été capable d en trouver un autre. Nous avons commandé un autre taxi et payer . Donc nous attendons de booking.com le remboursement intégral de cette course. Soit un montant de trente six euros, prix excessif pour un trajet de vingt minutes de l aéroport à l appartement. Merci de votre retour des réception de ce message.
