The location is perfect and there are several types of transportation nearby to reach downtown.
The apartment's layout is not too friendly as the shower has a plastic curtain that billows constantly while taking a shower.

The location is ideal as there is a stop for both buses and street car/tram to the left of the building, heading downtown or westbound.
This time I had a smaller unit and the washroom had a shower cubicle had no door but a shower curtain which was difficult to operate while showering (the curtain, literally, glues itself to you and the water tends to flood the outside area).

Its location and the fact that it is easily accessible.
Having stayed here several times, my opinion is slightly biased. The air conditioning unit stopped working on Saturday and,somehow, it wasn’t repaired by the time I left on Wednesday. Although it wasn’t overly hot and humid, it shouldn’t have taken that long to fix. On a positive note, the unit did have a fan that could have been used in case it was needed.

Location was great - easy to get around as long as you don't mind the hill. Bed was comfy and room generally clean. Kitchen as described. Breakfast delivered to door step overnight each day. Access to a well equipped gym 20mins walk away
Bathroom/shower room was poor quality. Toilet flush easily came away from the wall. Part of shower screen missing (replaced by a temporary curtain). Breakfast not as sold with partly stale bread and no fresh pastries some days. Wouldn't have mind either if it was for the price of the property/breakfast
