IMPORTANT: You are renting the LOWER LEVEL ONLY, not the whole house. Photos are exactly what you get.
This is a private, 1,400 sq ft walk-out apartment on the Ashtabula River. Owners live upstairs - you may sometimes hear us or our 3 small friendly dogs.
Sleeps: 8 comfortably (up to 12 if sharing beds) - 7 beds
What's Outside:
• 3,000 ft of river access - swim, fish, rock beaches, falls
• New hot tub for 7 + deck overlooking the river
• Fireplace, hanging swings, observation deck
• 9-hole frisbee golf, archery, cornhole, Eagle Park
Inside: Full kitchen, karaoke, board games, puzzles, all comforts of home.
Private & Secure: Your space has its own lock. Only shared spaces are the river and the parking lot. Hot tub is serviced in the morning - you can pick a time.
Pets welcome, no fee.
Location: Minutes to Smolen-Gulf Covered Bridge, Geneva-on-the-Lake, wineries, Lake Erie beaches.
Safety: Watch small children near ropes - steep drop offs. Do not cross ropes or rails. Generator and snow plowing included. Bed tax added at checkout.

Top notch.. First time having host on property during our visit. A little hesitant but big storm came through knocked trees down one on the area by the doors. Bill was down within the hour moving and cleaning up the debris. Rachel stayed in contact due to the power outage which the generator never missed a beat. WiFi took a day but they had no control over that. Highly recommend this location and hope to be back soon. Beautiful peaceful location.

The property was beautiful , Inside and out! The hot tub, corn hole, fire pit and the scenery, were perfect for outside entertainment!! Our group of girls have been doing these getaways for over 20 years, and this stay was definitely one of our favorites!! Great and easy communication with the owners Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back next year!!

What an outstanding place to stay!! The hosts have thought of everything. The views are absolutely stunning. And they were prompt answering any questions. 10/10 for everything!! Thank you Rachel and Bill for providing such a lovely get away for our girls weekend!
