Check-in & checkout: Check-in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM. Need a little flexibility? Just ask—we’ll accommodate when we can.
Be a good neighbor: Have fun, but keep music and voices at a considerate level, especially outside late at night.
Guests & gatherings: Please stay within your property’s listed overnight guest limit. Planning a party or larger gathering? Check with us first.
Smoking & vaping: Please keep both outdoors, close doors and windows, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets: Bringing a furry friend? Make sure your reservation includes approval for pets. Please pick up after them, keep them under control outside, and avoid leaving them unattended if they may bark or cause damage.
Treat the home with care: Please leave furniture where you found it and keep indoor furnishings inside. Accidents happen—just let us know promptly if something breaks or needs attention.
Grills & fire pits: Where provided, please use them responsibly, keep grills at least 10 ft from the house, keep fires attended, and fully extinguish everything when finished.
Parking: Use the parking areas designated for your property, keeping neighboring spaces and driveways clear.
Before you head home: Wash used dishes, place trash in the designated bins, check for belongings, and lock up. No deep cleaning needed—just leave the home reasonably tidy.

It's close to the strip

The house was pretty clean with some dust and fuzz on the floor in several rooms, and in the bathroom by the shower. Plenty of parking but not much yard. We had four cars and there was still some space. There was only one firepit to be shared but the description said two. However, it was nice to build a fire with wood provided and toast marshmallows and make smores. This was pet friendly which we GREATLY appreciated. Pots and pans were left in the dishwasher which we had to put away when we got there. There was only one handtowel per bathroom which was odd. But there were plenty of bath towels and they were a nice big size. It is possible to get almost stuck in the upstairs bathroom (unable to open door) if bedroom doors are open because they all open towards each other. Living room furniture was adequate in number but not really comfortable, similar to what you'd find in a doctor's office. PLENTY of TV trays available. We used some as bedside tables as well as in the living room.Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were decent. The house was in walkable distance to the strip and attractions. Great for jogging all the way down to Geauga State Park on the opposite side of GOTL, a beautiful run. The house is also very close to Geauga TOWNSHIP Park (only a few minutes walk) which has a nice playground and several pavilions for picnicking with a great view of the lake, We would recommend this.

I recently stayed at this property on the east end of the strip on GOTL, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location was decent, there were several major issues that made our stay uncomfortable.Firstly, the bathroom on the main floor was in need of serious attention. There was visible mold on the ceiling in the shower, which was not only unsightly but raised concerns about cleanliness and air quality. It was hard to ignore, and frankly, it should have been addressed long before our arrival. The outlets in the bathroom on the second floor did not work as well, which was a huge inconvenienceThe beds were another major letdown. They were unbelievably hard—like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and we ended up waking up with sore backs each morning. A good night's rest is one of the most basic expectations when booking accommodations, and this was far from it.Lastly, the kitchen had an unpleasant, lingering odor that we couldn't pinpoint, but it was bad enough that we couldn't comfortably use it for cooking. It seemed like it might have been a buildup of mildew or something similar, but whatever the cause, it definitely impacted our stay.Given these issues, we are requesting a partial refund. We believe the conditions were not as advertised and we were not provided with the quality we expected. I would advise anyone considering this property to be cautious and hope that these issues are addressed for future guests.
