The location is ok, close to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. 20 min walking to city center. The kitchen is very well equipped and you have plenty of space for breakfast. Overall I consider the price correct vs the offer
Missing the air conditioning make you sleep with the window open. You should bring or buy insect repelling means. In the second bathroom the shower is practically unusable (is very very small) and also the sink.

The outside area was spacious and private and was good to have and allowed us to enjoy the weather
The property had no air conditioning and this made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. There are ceiling fans and also standing fans but they merely waft the warm air around.
The second bathroom is VERY small and that’s not made clear in the photos or in the description of the property
The property description says that entire property is on the ground floor but the bedrooms and main bathroom are in the first floor. This was not a problem for us but for someone with reduced mobility, this might be an issue.
Whilst not in the heart of Viareggio it is still within walking distance of the resort centre.
We were asked to deal with the rubbish at the property. Clearer guidelines and instructions ( in English) would be helpful.
