About this apartment rental
If you’re looking for an apartment equipped with all the comforts, in a central location near the shops, bars, and restaurants along the famous promenade—but above all, just a stone’s throw from the sea—you’ve come to the right place—or rather, the right harbor... The Port of Dreams! A newly renovated townhouse on a side street facing the sea, in the heart of beautiful Viareggio—the pier area—which you can admire from our two balconies while breathing in the sea breeze and, above all, the love that went into every detail!
Access is via a separate entrance on the ground floor; an internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the living area—a spacious open-concept space featuring a large sofa bed, a round table for 6–8 people, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen. There’s also a balcony with a sea view, a sink, and space for a clothesline.
On the second floor, there’s a triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bidet and a brand-new shower stall.
Here, too, there is a balcony with a superb view of the sea and the piers, complete with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the sunset while sipping an aperitif, or the calm morning air while having breakfast.

Air-conditioned on both floors.
We offer parking in a private courtyard in Lucca, just a short walk from the city walls, during the Lucca Comics event

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The home was incredibly spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition - perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and on vibrant high street full of great restaurants and stylish shops (a great place for evening strolls!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and a prime location by the sea.
