Breakfast was great and room was very comfortable.
The hot water in the shower was none existent and hard to work. When I went down to reception to ask how to operate the shower, no reception staff and had to go wondering into the restaurant to find a waiter.
The internet was unreliable and didn't work.
The room itself was over heated and we couldn't turn the heater down. Had to open the windows.

Really clean. High spec rooms. Pool and outside area were gorgeous.
I hadn’t realised it wasnt in Malton. Its nearer Pickering.

The internal decorations were very good and well put together. Some time, thought and considerable cost had gone into room presentation.
The external decking areas needed to be swept / jet washed more often ideally daily cleaned of soil and bird muck. House keeps concentrated internally but disregarded the above externally.
