There’s nothing we didn’t love about the hotel. Quality in every inch. Location, staff (Abdullah was a standout), the beds, pillows, bath products, breakfast etc etc

Beautiful Japanese style hotel, very close ro Kyoto station.
The staff were very kind and helpful, they helped transfer our luggages to Tokyo. The restaurants were excellent, we attended Sake experience, organised by the hotel staff .

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff were very kind and helpful
The hotel is a little bit away from the centre of Kyoto but it is easy to get a taxi.

The hotel design and amenities met my expectations
Guest relations, interdepartmental coordination, responsiveness, proactiveness, problem-solving, and English proficiency were lacking. Definitely not the place to be when dealing with any unexpected issue or if you need to make any specific requests.
The food selection and quality was poor.
