Excellent sized room for a family.
Excellent location. Walk to everything.
Friendly helpful staff
Nothing. It was very good for what it was. I got confused though. It said it was a 5 star property so I was expecting 5 star finish and amenities. However that was the rating.
For a 4 star select service hotel, it was excellent.

Location was perfect! Very cool bars , close to station, short walk to the Gion district, so clean , complimentary drinks and coffee in lobby was a nice touch. I will only ever stay here when in Kyoto
Nothing!

The minute walking in, the staff were always happy and welcoming. Free hotel hot drinks and soft drinks in the lounge area. Rooms were spacious, great location. Hotel sent our luggage to next hotel for an extra cost. Definitely would recommend it.
