Friendly staff and room was spotless!
Not in the best location, however around 15 mins walk to the old town.

The location is extremely convenient. The main train station in Genova, Metro station, Cruise port Terminal and even Flixbus stop are all very close, under 5 mins walk. The city center is 20 minutes walking distance. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and even though there is traffic outside, the room is quiet. The hosts were lovely, and we liked our stay.
For a short stay it was great, but there is no breakfast. You are free to use the kitchen in common area, and even store food in the fridge, so it was not a problem at all.
