The room is spacious and flat was clean on arrival
Firstly the private street to get to the apartment block is incredibly narrow and the advertised “private parking “ is along this narrow street wherever you can find a spot. Furthermore the entrance gate to this street is only automatic from 10am - 5pm so basically it’s like having a curfew …. If you want to leave before 10 it’s not possible and if you come back later in the evening it’s not guaranteed that you will be able to get in ( the host states you can message and they will open the gate but when we did this we received a reply only two hours later ) and when I informed them that the next morning we had an early flight I was told to park on the public street and not in the “private parking “ which was a main factor to why this accommodation was chosen … we wanted secure and safe parking. we were forced to find a parking outside on the public street for the night and walk all the way back up to the apartment.
