Clean well presented rooms, it’s a bit no frills so don’t expect the ritz but for a decent nights sleep in a comfortable and lovely room it’s excellent
Nothing, lovely place

Breakfast was basic but enough to start the day.
Our room was small but very clean and comfortable.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant.
To be honest if we stayed again would choose a better room. The compact room as I said was very clean and comfortable enough but I would prefer a slightly larger room with more space. We cannot fault the hotel in any way this is just a personal choice.

We appreciated friendliness from staff members, and their promptness to respond to our needs. We loved the location, especially, how it was surrounded by Tesco (for any last minute grocery needs), train station, and variety of different restaurants and places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We really felt comfortable navigating via train or buses due to its proximity. In addition, being able to drop off luggage to explore last few places in London before flying out later on the day is also always a plus.
The bed was comfortable, and having the ability to change temperature as needed is a plus. We had traveling plug, so we were able to charge about 5 different devices the night before, and able to have all of our devices fully charged. We were able to keep ourselves pretty cool and comfortable temperature wise, and sleeping in a very comfortable bed and beddings. The room itself came with plenty of amenities including shampoo, body wash, and also shaving cream, and other toiletries that we brought with us, but having extra is always a plus.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, and i do want to make that point very strongly.
It was just a bit of a cultural adjustment as it was first time for me to travel to Europe, and how compact everything was, even down to the trash bins. I do highly recommended getting deluxe so you have a bit more room. We had two luggage with us, and it fit our special needs perfectly. If there's anything that needs to be addressed or services, please do not hesitate to speak with the staff. They will accommodate everything very well.

Location: We need a place near St. Pancras to stay before our early-morning train. The staff are good and friendly.
The property is quite noisy; the poor soundproofing means you can hear people shouting in the room next door. The Deluxe room lacked a bathrobe, hairdryer, or ironing facilities, despite the booking stating they were included. No lift and very narrow staircases. The room is also pretty tiny.
