Ubicación: A 15-20 minutos de la zona más turística, en un barrio más auténtico y con cafés y restaurantes menos masificados. Si llegas de noche, que no te asusten las calles oscuras ni los grafitis, es una zona completamente segura y con buen ambiente.
Apartamento: Es amplio, ideal para dos o tres personas; yo iba sola y me sobraba espacio. Todo está nuevo y bien decorado, tiene un balcón bastante grande, la cocina completamente equipada, secador, plancha y lavadora (en la zona común).
La cama era bastante incómoda: el colchón estaba viejo y hundido, y las sábanas tenían pelotillas por el desgaste, lo que hacía la textura desagradable.
El fin de semana hubo mucho ruido en la calle por la noche; el resto de la semana se dormía bien.
Había mosquitos. Me llevé alguna picadura a casa y, por las manchas en las paredes, creo que no soy la única.
Aunque hay taquillas para dejar el equipaje si llegas antes del check-in, no permiten usarlas después del check-out aunque sigas unas horas en la ciudad.
Un consejo (por si a alguien más le pasa, como a mí): EL TECLADO PARA INTRODUCIR EL CÓDIGO DE LA ENTRADA ESTÁ DENTRO DEL BUZÓN.

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, immer jemand zu erreichen. Alles da, was man braucht.
Es fehlt ein kleines bisschen Liebe zum Detail, z.B. ein kleiner Couchtisch oder Regalbretter im Schrank für die Kleider. Bett war sehr weich.

The location was pretty convenient, and good for access to multiple public transport options. We were cautious as many reviews had said it was not a good area, but it was absolutely fine. Quite near student bars, so nice cheap local food and drink options.
Flat was very clean on arrival.
Location: Loads of graffiti around but didn't see any crime/issues. There was an armed guard at the end of the street most days.
Cleanliness: Some kitchen utensils weren't clean on arrival so we had to clean them before using.
The bathroom was a disappointment. The shower had no lip/flange at the bottom of the shower door, so it was almost impossible not to flood the bathroom. Meant we had to shunt water across the bathroom floor after every shower, quite a lot of effort and time. Many fittings felt poorly attached/wobbled/came loose.
Features: The apartment (i.e., the entire apartment block) was clearly advertised as having a balcony/terrace. This was the only apartment avalable at the time we booked, so it was not possible to see that some rooms explicitly stated "with balcony" and others did not, however all apartments in the block appear under the search filter for balcony/terrace. So if booking, make sure you select a room that states in the title "with balcony" because not all have them even though they are advertised as having them.
