Lovely space, super clean and lots of room for two people. Very easy to find and get to places in Athens from here

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czyste łazienki, sprzątanie podczas tygodniowego pobytu, wymiana ręczników na czyste.

Perfect place for a few nights in Athens. The location is well located close to metro stations, in a neighbourhood with many cafes, restaurants and shops, but quiet inside. The apartment includes everything that could be needed and the bottle of wine, water and coffee capsules were nice touches. Communication with the property was very clear and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great for me.

• Spacious apartment, looks almost new with only minor normal wear
• Plenty of power outlets, including USB and USB-C
• Welcome items: coffee capsules for 4 coffees with milk capsules, a bottle of water in the fridge, a dishwasher tablet
• 4 hand towels, several toilet paper rolls, extra trash bags
• Washing machine with 1 free capsule
• Full-size fridge with freezer
• Kitchen equipment seemed in working order and sufficient even for a week-long stay
NOTE: This review is based on my experience of having booked the room WITH jacuzzi, for which I paid a supplement. Had I booked a standard apartment without jacuzzi, my rating would most likely have been better.
The jacuzzi (the reason we paid 140€ more than for the studio) was empty and the filter was dirty on arrival. Nothing in the listing says guests must fill and heat it themselves. We were told the jacuzzi is kept empty for hygiene reasons, which we can understand, but then it should be done at cleaning time or clearly stated in the listing.
• Filling is long and has to be monitored. We started heating at 2:15 PM; at 8:30 PM it was only at 86°F (30°C) against the 96°F (36°C) we had set. After one more hour, covered, it reached just 89°F (32°C). In practice, it was not usable during our stay. If you stay fewer than 3 nights, or do not plan to stay at the apartment for 6+ hours to make sure it heats and does not go into standby, book a regular apartment without a jacuzzi. It is not worth the extra cost. I forgot to mention that it took 1h30 to fill it up to the minimum level.
• When we reported the issue with photos, the property declined any commercial gesture.
• Heated towel rail is coming off the wall and is not adjustable.
• The safe is very small (about 20 cm in each direction, too small for a laptop) and can be lifted with one finger, so it is not secure.
