Extremely clean, very nice room, very comfy bed and pillows. The staff were friendly, parking was available and safe. I paid for underground but the area seemed very safe anyway. The hotel was close proximity to a grocery store and other amenity’s.
The eco-friendly A/C was terrible. The lowest i could set it to was 18 degrees, which wouldn’t normally be a problem but it felt like it was 22 all the time. And the A/C would wait until it was at least 2-3 degrees higher before finally turning on…hated the A/C.

Great location and beautiful hotel.
Nothing. All positive.

The care from the people that work there
The quietness, and looking after all my needs, at request.

Location
They gave me an accessible room when I didn’t request one. They changed rooms to another accessible room. Then the door wouldn’t close fully, deadbold wasn’t functional, so I had to blockade the door and didn’t feel safe. Staff didn’t seem to understand why this mattered.
