Excellent coffee shop in Reception
Functional and a little bit soulless
Breakfast was a scrum. Staff did their best but there were more guests than tables

Hotel was clean & comfortable, but I would not say 4 star.
Location not too far to walk to the free tram.
Breakfast buffet was good, but never seen so many hotel guests at breakfast in their pyjamas.
We arrived about 6pm, tired after travelling. Intending to eat in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant and bar were not open to hotel guests!
The cafe downstairs was about to close.

Check in was most excellent. Isha was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Valet wss very good.
Location, and restaurant on top floor.

It was a large room, very modern and clean. The breakfast buffett provided, though not large, was good - handmade latte's were not additional cost.
They also had bikes available to borrow at no additional cost, which was great to ride along the riverbank.
I asked for a room without an interconnecting door - and we got a room with an interconnecting door.
There was also some loud humming noise in our room that persisted through our whole stay. They had a white noise machine in the room which we didn't use - but was this to cover up this noise?
