Amazing design, location and ambiance
Everything!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The location is absolutely beautiful, and what I loved most was how it made us feel completely at home.
If you want to experience traditional Emirati life and heritage, but in a beautifully upgraded and comfortable way, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
The staff were absolutely amazing — so kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Iman and Amir, and also to another Arabic-speaking staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. But honestly, everyone was wonderful without exception, including the security staff. Whatever we needed, they were always happy to help immediately.
I also have to mention the pillows! I’ve stayed in many hotels, and comfortable pillows are very important to me. The pillows here were incredibly comfortable and I slept so well.
No matter how much I write, I don’t think I can fully describe how special and relaxing this place is. We felt so comfortable here, and this definitely won’t be our last visit. We will happily come back again and again. 🤍
I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. My only suggestion would be to improve wheelchair accessibility, particularly at the doorways. If possible, removing or reducing the raised wooden thresholds at the bottom of the doors would make it much easier and more comfortable for wheelchair users to move around.

The location is very good, the design is visually appealing and the property size is generous.
During our stay, we noticed that all the kitchenware are nit provided and there was noticeable dust in certain areas. The bathroom shower was not functioning properly at the time of our stay and the door closing mechanism was quite loud. Additionally, the overall guest support experience could benefit from further staff training to enhance service quality.
