About this apartment rental
The Accommodation: This light-filled, centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of Graz, in the St. Leonhard district, right next to the University of Music and Performing Arts, on the 3rd floor of a historic building, and offers 55 m² of living space.
The historic city center (Cathedral, Main Square) and Karl-Franzens University are both a 5-minute walk away. Shops, a pharmacy, and public transportation are all within a 3-minute walk.
Amenities: You can reach the apartment via a panoramic elevator. It is high-quality and modernly equipped, featuring an entryway, a living area with a kitchen that includes all kitchen appliances and everything you need for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc.). You can eat at a table with 4 chairs and, if needed, 1 high chair. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed, a travel crib (available upon request), and a workspace (Wi-Fi available). The bathroom features a shower, as well as a washer-dryer combo and a hair dryer.
The rental price includes bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels. A parking space for one car (no vans or very large SUVs) can be reserved based on availability.
In addition, a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per night per person is payable. Children under 15 are exempt from the tourist tax. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival
Guest access: We look forward to welcoming you in person and providing you with a brief overview of the apartment and the city of Graz. You will then receive the keys to the apartment, which you can use exclusively.

We lives the Location near the park and university. Easy to walk into town and lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The Well-appointed kitchen made eating in on occasion a nice bonus.
