Disappointed and rude!!

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. From the moment we booked, communication was poor and became increasingly frustrating throughout our stay. Several things that were promised or advertised were either not delivered or were misleading. The property management team was difficult to deal with, and communication was particularly challenging for international guests as there was little to no English spoken. We frequently had to rely on translation apps just to discuss basic issues. The listing was also misleading regarding the bathrooms. It states there are two showers, however both showers are located within the same bathroom, which is not practical for a large group. We also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, which did not work properly during our stay. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning, and the air conditioning units throughout the apartment did not cool the property adequately despite it being summer. When we requested a simple fan to help make the room more comfortable, we were told this was not possible and no solution was offered. Perhaps the biggest issue was that our group of six people, consisting of more than one couple, was only provided with a single key. When we explained that this was highly impractical, the property manager was dismissive and rude. As a result, we constantly had to coordinate our movements and contact each other whenever someone with the key left the apartment, simply so others could gain access. This caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout the stay. Overall, the property itself may have potential, but the lack of communication, misleading information, poor amenities, and unprofessional attitude of the property management made this a very frustrating experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other international travellers.

Our family had a wonderful time in this very spacious and romantic accomodation.

We loved the accomodation but the location was very noisy and looked rough. The place was clean but there was a cigarette tray left in the window of the dinning room. Not enough toilet paper for the amount of people we bought that along with some sugar coffee and tea. Having said that we enjoyed the place very much.

The location. It didn’t feel safe on our own.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE

Nothing

Nothing hot water, freezer filled with food. Lighting shocking. Cramped with a whole lot of crap. Paid for whole house but was only allowed to use part of it. Wardrobes filled with crap. Paid for 4 nights - had to leave after one night to save our holiday experience. Sacrificed the non refundable cost. Language a barrier …or an excuse to not understand our concerns. Should I go on ???

Start of Italian vacation

Location was perfect.

Living room furniture broken down and very uncomfortable. Host did not speak English as advertised.
